"Poggio ai Venti" has two spacious one-room apartments each measuring about 40 sq. metres and with private entrance, finely furnished in country style and equipped with every comfort, such as heating/air-conditioning and LCD television.

The apartments (il Girasole and il Papavero) each have a dining area consisting of a pretty, functional kitchen with a table, bench and chairs to seat 4 – 6 people, and a living-sleeping area furnished with a two-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, double sofa-bed and single armchair-bed, with the possibility of adding an extra single bed.

The bathrooms are both fitted with showers. Each apartment has French doors leading out onto the patio with pergola next to the garden, where guests can dine on summer evenings.

 

The property is completely fenced in and access is through an automatic remote-controlled gate.

Inside there is a spacious private carpark close to the apartments.
